Dear team,
i have ordered Intel core I9 9900K Processor worth rs 40999/- on july 7, 2021 and i got my package on 8th july but item found defective and not working condition so i requested for the replacement. that replacement not done and after that i have multiple time requested for the return and local pick up team was not doing the same.
case was again investigated on 14th july for item is actually damaged and defective and taken 3 days time and its in my favor but again pick up team not picked up the same and finally it was picked up on 13th sep 2021 and till the time refund not done and amazon team is saying refund is denied due to duplicate item given back.
all the investigation done form amazon side and already i have approach so many times than they not given refund and given assurance 30 times on mail but not given the resolution
this is injustice to me as my 41000 rs is stuck up since last 3 months.
