On 20sep I paid Rs300/towards monthly subscription of my account Subscriber ID: 1320926171.I made payment through GPay. Unfortunately the payment failed and I received message from Tataplay about the same.They informed that the refund will be made within 5-7working days. As I did not receive any payment till September 30 I called customer number on various dates regarding this without any success.
I sent various mails to help@tatasky.com and that too has not yielded any result.
They have been saying that they are trying to contact me to get clarification but unable to reach my number, which is a typical joke. They wanted an alternate number to contact me.As I don’t have another number I gave my wife number.Till date no response from Tataplay.
I’m a senior citizen and tired of this and hence this complaint
