Issues with Order Number – 16016253389217253W placed on 2nd Oct’20. Couple of items were not delivered and was promised refund for those 2 products within 7 days. However its almost a month now, i have still not got the refund and the Customer care executives are pathetic, they always raise new complaints when called and close it in 2 days without resolution.
Please look into this to provide solution.
