I have booked the ticket from red bus on July 4 as travel time is 11:30pm with Ramana tours and travels
Where it was confirmed and provided a boarding location called Bangla but when I was booking it’s shown as Nampally .
I have submitted the proof of difference between what they have for onboarding stations names for same tours and travels with different date of travel and
Contacted red bus from the time of booking till 18 th July and no proper update and resolution from the redbus
