Hi,
I have booked 3 tickets via Paytm on 24th August 2020.
Ticket: Delhi to Azamgarh
Boarding Date/Time: 25th August 2020/09:00 PM
Booking ID: 11558072439
Boarding Point: Akshardham Opposite metro station (Bus Stand)
Total fair: Rs. 3297
Compliant:
I reached the boarding point at 8 pm and didn’t get any bus operator details like Bus No. and Driver’s contact number. I waited till 11 pm with my family but neither bus came nor any messages for cancellation. I contacted to Paytm 10+ times but didn’t get the solution and money back. I want my money back ASAP. I have to take legal action against Paytm. I am extremely dissatisfied with their worst services.
