Text of Complaint by Santosh Das:

Iam ordered some items at Amazon on 6 August and the item were delivered on 11 August but from them I didn’t receive one of the item so I complaint that on Amazon subsequently. Then they informed me that you should contact us on 17 august, we lodge an investigation And today on 17th August when I contact to the customer service of Amazon they told me that there is no default from us and we should not processed for refund also. So I decided to take action against Amazon on lost of my money.
