hello,
i am badal patra a paytm user more than 2 years.
i have been placed an order on 16 august 2021 from myntra but amount deducted from my paytm bank account. myntra has been refunded my amount of rupees 723 on 27 august 2021.
but it is not reflecting on my bank account. I have call multiple times to the consumer executive many of the time they are not receiving my call if they will receive they are telling it will solve within 4 hours but its almost more than 20 days they are not even try to solve my problem.
