Dear Jio Team,
  1. 12 digit Service ID: I have two service id id because there is no response to your side for my complaints any of two service  id. (A)SR00000XQX9M (4th july) resolution time is 6th july and (B) SR00000XUM6E (11 July) resolution time is 13 July but still there is no solutions of my complaints always your customers care executive tell me there is no updates for my complaints and he will again raised my new service request and tell me wait for 48 hrs you will be update for our side ASAP.  Today also I call on your tall free no. And your customers care executive was very bad behaviour and she is no manner to attend a customer problem and all. Still she is say I have no idea for your refund process please wait for update. How many days I have wait for my own money you guys promises to refund my money within 30 days but know it’s almost more than 50 days passed but still I have no idea for my refund.
