I have booked my flight tickets on 9th December on GulfAir but not allowed to travel due to some documents missing, on next day we have booked another flight and travel. We have rased refused request to GulfAir on mail, they are saying that we have already refunded your amount to Paytm please talk to him. So from last 35 days paytm do not respond to me and saying we are following up with GulfAir, i have shared screenshot of the mail conversation with GulfAir.
Please help me in getting my refund
