My name is Joginder Singh. I booked a flight from Pune to Kolkata with Indigo Airlines through the Agoda app. I have to cancel my booking due to some reasons. I was supposed to get a refund of 5751 rupees and I got a confirmation mail from indigo. I also confirmed from Indigo customer support and they said that they have already refunded my amount to Agoda but since then I have received no notification or anything from Agoda. Whenever I mail, they will just say that we are looking into it and will respond in 48 hours but have not received anything yet.
