On 3rd March 2020, i had applied for tikona service and made the online payment of service for 6 months on the same day.
They lied to me that the installation will be done in two days . They fooled me into paying for 6 months service. Till May 2020 the installation for service was not done.
I had asked for refund to agent he is not receiving my calls , it has been more than 2 month i have not received my refund. I am making complaints since 10th March but no feedback or action taken yet.
I am mailing and callings to the tikona customer care but still no positive feedback every time they lie. I have posted complaints on twitter also on consumercomplaint portal but still no feedback on why i have not received my refund.
