I had closed my zomato wallet couple of days back and it had an amount of rs.1800 which was supposed to be refunded. I see that only amount of RS.700 has been refunded so far and request to zomato for remaining amount is not being responded. The only response I get is a standard message saying to check with RBL bank on the same. I need to clearly understand whether remaining rs.1100 has been deducted for some reasons or is it being processed.
