Dear sir,
Today I had a recharge of vi sim from VI app, and picked 10 Rs plan for added talk time. As soon as I put OTP no surprisingly 1000.oo Rs deducted from my account. While there was no mentioned amount on OTP message. I request to the authority to refund money as soon as possible. I contacted to customer service there Ms Neelam found and refused to do so. If it is considered by authority then I will be thankful otherwise suffer severe pain.
