My E-ticket number – 098-6996556372. And Booking ID is 220216152740. I booked a flight through cleartrip it was from kiev to new delhi it was a connecting flight from Kiev to frankfurt via luftanza and from Frankfurt to delhi via air india i along with 8 other students were denied boarding by Kiev airport authority because we were not having transit visa for frankfurt they told me that it was airlines fault that they didn’t inform us regarding visa so they put a remark in their system and told me to book another flight and go to inda and then you can contact airlines( in this case it was airindia) and they will refund my money back along with 25% compensation I have contacted countless number of times to airindia still they didn’t gave my money back.
