Dear Consumer court,
Respected Sir,
I wish to bring to your notice, that on 8th of April, By mistake one recharge of rs 5000 has been made via paytm to buy google play coupon code. I was suppose to recharge of rs 500 only but by mistake it has been done for rs.5000. I have raised the concerned to paytm with refence # 187391761 but still it is open and not resolved. I checked with google play as well but they replied mw that paytm will refund your money. I used this money from paytm post paid now, collection team is harassing me alot now a day. Me and my family currenly covid postive and they are harasssing to me.
