Sir I ordered a mobile vivoY91i it was defective.so I requested to replace.They picked up my phone 23rd may to the Delhivery. After picked up they cancelled my product and said that we will return you on 24 may. Still I did not get my product refund. I called in amazon custmer care, they said we filled request .You will get refund 10 June. So today I again called them then they said we not any request.so kindly accept my complain about amazon.
