Text of Complaint by Rajat Kalra:

This is Rajat Kalra, I made a recharge for my metro card for 300 by using Amazon pay. Also, I have talked to Amazon in this regard. Payment has been made successfully but recharge is not done yet.i haven’t received my refund yet.

Its been approximately 22 days, I did recharge on 30th May, 2022.
Absolutely shameful act by Amazon, no solutions provided yet. I must say, Amazon customer service is really disgusting.

Moreover, I have been talking to Amazon representatives & senior faculty members in this regard but couldn’t find any kind of assistance needed. All are saying that it will take 4 to 5 days more, we are sorry for the late notice. Surprisingly, one representative said lie to me. What do you think about customer, he is mad or what or have free time to call you on daily basis. I have made a call for 15 to 20 times. Nobody is going through the suffer, indeed.

People are suffering from your worse service. You must shut down your operations as of now that way nobody will be get to bear the cost of money you deduct.

Such a shameful service by Amazon. There is no one to provide solution to customers. Then, why have you launched this helpline service ? Customers are getting pain from your inconvenience. I have called plethora of times to you but what I get only wait. Wait for days turned into weeks, Just amazing, glad to see that.

Just shut down your operations & sit at home.

Kindly refund my amount ASAP.
