Hi Team,
I recently took one Flexi OD loan from Aditya Birla with loan number PL000000753509 on 31.10.2023.
Following are the issues.
1. I had requested a 5 lakhs amount and finally the team promised me to close the existing PL and other credit card commitments and ended with 40 lakhs OD.
2. The team promised NIL processing fees and NIL insurance amount. I was shocked when I received the message they gave me 3897568 (103000 charges including processing, insurance amount and all). The lady who talked to me for convincing the loan are Janitha (+91 8088192653), Shweta (+91 7483389505) now they are not responding at all
3. They told me 40 lakhs Flex Loan OD but I had received only 11 lakhs to my account. Remaining no one knows what happened. It’s been 10 days no one responding over the emails, calls or messages. Without providing the DD to customer on the balance transfer amount they keep charging interest to whole 40 lacks amount
4. The other guy convinced to reply via email is Abdul Rehman. He informed me to respond to email without asking me to verify the charges or amount. I replied to another email chain with a different loan number PL00000736999. I replied to the wrong email chain. After that wide discussions happened in making NIL processing fees and insurance amount. After all, he approved the different loan number PL000000753509 without considering my points. Now this guy is also absconding and not responding to me.
5. I wanted a 5 lakhs loan and ended with 11 lakhs amount credited to my account with 40 lakhs disbursed amount. I have to pay interest charges of 40 lakhs rupees. It’s purely cheating that happened to me wherein I lost huge money in terms of processing fees and interest rate.
6. There is no tool to check all these status and to complain on your team as well
My sincere request is to please cancel my loan immediately so I can repay the amount I had received to my account and also to take necessary action on the cheaters mentioned in this complaint.
If you cannot cancel my loan then please adjust the interest and DD amount accordingly and also take action on those guys to refund insurance and processing fees amount.
