I had ordered JBL WIND BLUETOOTH SPEAKER online in Reliance digital. The money was debited and after 30 minutes, I received an e-mail from Reliance digital saying that the item is out of stock. Since then, they had promised to refund the amount within 7 days but when I called back on the 6th of June 2024, they have still not processed the refund and raised another complaint saying it will be resolved in 3 days. It’s been 13 days since Reliance promised me the refund.
