Dear Sir,
NODAL OFFICER CONSUMER GRIEVANCE
ONE 97 COMMUNICATIONS LTD.
B-121, SECTOR 5
NOIDA – 201301.
I had taken the GoAir Ticket of 30th March 2020.
But due to Lockdown, I have to cancel all the tickets of PNR AS FOLLOW.
PNR : I86UHZ : FOUR PERSONS
PNR : N5H8VF : ONE PERSON
PNR : Q7YWYP : FOUR PERSONS
PAYTM FLIGHT had given me the full payment of PNR : I86UHZ AND N5H8VF.
But I didnot got the payment of Q7YWYP OF FOUR PERSONS till today.
Why ?
What is the problem ?
Go Air had given the full refund to PAYTM regarding all the above tickets. Paytm is not giving me the full refund of
PNR : Q7YWYP.
PAYTM FLIGHT had sent me the email for the PNR : Q7YWYP OF FOUR PERSONS. WHY PAYTM FLIGHT HAD DEDUCTED
THE MONEY ?
Company have to pay full refund as given for the PNR : I86UHZ & N5H8VF.
For your reference, I am attaching the email of GoAir to Paytm of the full refund for Q7YWYP.
Please do needfull urgently and give me the full refund of above four tickets.

Goair should be shut if fooling customers and request to aviation minister to drag them to court and give justice to their customers. My refund is still with them . I have escalated the matter but no solution. My pnr is T6U1NC
Check the calls I made 9times and all call were so long of more than 45mins each executive gave me a false commitment alongwith Supervisor. Ban this airline or change entire staff management
