Hi,
I had booked a go air flight for 5 passengers including myself but due to un operational reasons the flights got cancelled and I also have a priyashrip@gmail.com from go air stating the refund of 24000 has already been transferred but I still haven’t received anything in my account when inquiring I found out that the payment has been refunded to Yatra directly and not my account.
Even after repeated complaints and mails to Yatra their is no positive response.
