I bikram chattopadhyay purchased 2 flight tickets from mumbai to kochi on the 28th of april 2020 on go air flight number G8 347 , i am attaching the ticket details along with this,pnr on YFST4R, along with a cancellation protection of 299 per ticket
Due to the current pandemic situation in the country and lockdown imposed their was no chance of travelling ,hence on the 25th of April 2020 i cancelled the flights as it was covered with full refund
However only a refund of 952 for 2 tickets was received as paytm now does not acknowledge the free cancellation sold by them ,they say since the flight was cancelled refund cannot be processed but however as per dgca all flights during lockdown to be kept in wallet for travel within a year
Their is serious foul play from the end of paytm and they are looking to cheat customers and i hope you look into this
