During flight ticket booking through travolook, after completion of payment, received mail stating unable to book your flight view expiry of fare. Your amount will be refunded within 10-15 working days. It’s been more than 5 months but still I’m waiting for refund. Whenever I call customer support he replies saying your amount will be refunded within next 3-4 working days. My booking reference numbers REF986202170 and REF909829957. Total amount is Rs. 11007/
