I have booked a flight ticket online via paytm from Kiev(Ukraine) to New Delhi on 9th December 2020 and at the time of boarding I was denied boarding by the flight officials stating that this is an illogical route but flight officials told me that you ll receive the refund of the ticket and contact us through the portal which you have used to book the ticket so I raised a complain on paytm about the same and I haven’t received any response from them the paytm query number is 179386697 I registered the complain on paytm on 27th December and now its may 2021 but I haven’t receive any refund from the paytm though I have called them several time and every time they give me a time of one weak but still I haven’t received anything. the amount of the ticket was 69922 rupees.
