I am Harish Kumar, a serving soldier booked AirIndia tickets through MakeMyTrip for returning to my duty place to Aizawl from Delhi. E-Ticket No (AI)/ MMT booking ID as under:-
29 Jul 2020- 0983761096811/NF70114277926276 03 Sept 2020- 0983761469487/NF71123280107228 On every occasion flight got cancelled and AirIndia kept on rescheduling multiple times but eventually got cancelled everytime. Now AirIndia and MakeMyTrip both are not refunding my amount and indulged in blaming each other for refunds. They are even not let me to change origin and destination of travel. MakeMyTrip customer care services are also not working. Both AirIndia and travel agency MakeMyTrip showing arrogant behaviour and misleading me. Please fix their responsibilities and refund my hard earned money. I would be thankful to you. Regards. |
