I have booked my flight through paytm but due to covid, flight got cancelled. As per Indigo, they have refunded the full amount to paytm on 24th June 2020 but paytm is not refunding the money. I called paytm multiple times and emailed but every time they are saying we will refund the money but not refunded yet. Paytm is using the money from past 10 months.
