It is with Great dishappiness of your services regarding my refund. The travel from Kochi to Doha was cancelled directly by Air India Express on Oct 8th 2020. On enquiry with Air India Express, they have initiated the refund of Rs7812.88 and credited the same to wallet of clear trip.
At that time came to know that PAYTM does booking through Clear trip.
I had contacted your customer care and had send the cancelled invoice yo the team . My query ref. No. Is 176860820. It’s almost 3 months and I have not received the refund yet.
