Respected Sir/Mam,
I would like to inform you that me and my 2 friends have been involved in a fraud in the name of admission for MBA in amity university noida by Mr. Rohit Kumar Yadav whose mobile number is 7003997969 & 8150027273. He is our counselor for the same programme. I have paid the registration fees of Rs. 5500/- out of 45000/- for the first semester. He told me that after registration we will arrange emi options for you for the balance payment i.e. 39500/- but unfortunately it didn’t happen. In the meantime my other 2 friends also registered for the same course and they have also paid the same amount as registration fees. He is not able to convert emi’s for balance payment for any of us. And neither he informed us a single time that our amount has not been refunded if the emi’s option did not happen. When his senior Ms Kavya called me one day, she told me that if your emi option is not going to happen then you have 3 more options i.e. one from credit card, second debit card option and third one time payment. I refused all these options. After sometime I called Mr rohit and informed him everything but he said don’t worry nothing is going to happen and I will arrange the emi option for you. After some day he told me that my cibil has not been good and so did my friend so we are not able to get emi options. We told him that we are not able to arrange a rest amount now so kindly refund us the payment we made till date i.e 15500/- mine, 25500/- for my friend sanjeet and 5500/- for niti. He told me and sanjeet that I will arrange a call from my senior i.e. Ms Kavya and he told us to speak with her and tell her the concerns and she will help you to get the refund or will give you other options which suits you, but she told me that your amount is non refundable and Rohit also supports her on this. Let me frankly speak he didn’t inform us a single time that our amount has not been refunded. Otherwise we will not pay an extra amount after 5500/- We need your help and support on this. Request you to please take a strict action against them and refund our money.
