I have taken a new connection of independent tv on 22/09/2018.initially it was going good but after January first they have removed all HD channels then all Zee channels were stopped for about 2 weeks.when Zee channel resumes services Star network were removed for almost more than 2 weeks.after contacting customer care they have told due credit will be provided for the said period.Finally after 12/06/19 all channels were stopped.Hence refund should be initiated as I have paid 1 year charges at time of taking connection.
