I had purchased Extended warranty for my Television. The Extended warranty ID is: JFLKFI2AH0309. After I filled for a faulty Television the engineer visited my place and after the fault identified it was deemed non refundable. Further Television was picked by Jeeves and were suppose to refund money @70% of invoice value Rs 33,949.30. The product was picked us on 7/06/2021. After lot of follow up, I received and email stating that money has been transferred and to my surprised it was transferred to some other accout, which does not belong to me. I have been emailing and calling customer service but they are non responsive.
