I did recharge on my prepaid num of 255 on 7 nov 2018. But by mistake i did another recharge of 458 on my same num.on 8 nov 2018. Neither they are refunding nor they giving me extension of scheme worth of my rupee. Even customer care service personnel answered rudely. This is not way to treat your customer. I need either extension of service of worth of money or refund my each rupee back.
