Hello,
I bought this order on 2nd Aug and it was delivered in 4 however due to fault in this i requested replacement but customer service told me that it cannot be replaced so will return and provide refund. It was supposed to be picked up on 8th aug but no one came to pick it up and then again I asked to schedule the return and it was supposed to be picked up on 11 and yet no one came. It got scheduled again for 14 but again no one came. My money is stuck and amazon not giving my money back. spoke with the customer care many times, complaint on twitter as well, but everyone keep on pushing the return date Please help me with this
