Text of Complaint by Lokesh Dadi:

On Jan 23rd I made a recharge with the amount of RS. 169/-, throgh the my Airtel app. Then amount debited from my account but recharge not done. When I contact the after that Issue, they told amount will be refun in 7-10 days. After the 10days I contact the customer service again but they did not respond good, and showing negligence & not giving any feedback. It’s almost one month
