This complaint is regarding the failed transaction which was done on 17th Sep 2021 for an amt Rs.1810.00 on Amazon Website.I got a transaction error & the money was deducted from my account, but the beneficiary has not received the money.This is to inform you that I have received an email from Amazon.in regarding the successful refund process of the said money on 18th Sep 2021. But I haven’t received the credit yet. Here is the refund reference no. #TQ5IMQ6X0000KTNC6RDM. I have informed Amazon.in and my bank (PNB)several times regarding the said matter but no action has been taken from both of them. Now what should I do?
