On aug 4th i tried to make a purchase of14890. 10 rs at my jio Store vanasthalipuram hyderabad on that day i tried to make payment through mobikwick amount debited from my mobikwick wallet but received in the my jio store pos I look for 3to 4 days for refund but not credited in my wallet then I make call to mobikwick customer care executive he told me WAIT FOR 10 WORKING DAYS refund will initiated and again I waited for 15 days i did not receive the refund then again I call to customer care he told me share the confirmation from reliance if they did not receive these money I raised complaint in the service portal of reliance with the transaction reference no they resolved the complaint with final acknowledgement using this reference number we did not receive funds related to this transaction kindly contact your mobikwick customer
Below iam attaching the details of wallet amount debited msg and compaint raised in mobikwick portal
And iam also attaching payment confirmation from reliance also that they cleary telling that they did not receive thease funds
Iam repeatedly contacting your mobikwic customer care but it was not reachable
