I did a recharge on old plan of rs. 448 first time the transaction was failed nd then i tried 2nd time then also transaction failed but the money is deducted from the bank account directly 2 times i.e 448 deducted 2 times from my bank account nd money has not been refunded it has been more than 4 hours now. How will i get my money back i have to recharge my number
