Hi,

I paid money to reschedule my Hyderabad-Patna Indigo Airlines flight ticket from 16-07-2020 to 09-07-2020 on 08-07-2020 and the amount got deducted from my account but didn’t receive updated flight ticket.

I was forced to initiate date change again and paid 5759 INR to do so. Total amount paid by me is 16310 INR and the total amount to be paid is only 11599 INR.

I was told by MakeMyTrip on 08-07-2020 that I’ll receive my money in next 12-15 days but it’s been over 28 days and still haven’t received my money. Despite several calls and follow ups, MakeMyTrip is not refunding my money and continuously increasing the deadline everytime. Request you to please look into my complaint and get it resolved at the earliest.
