Text of Complaint by PURAN SINGH GILL:

Landline phone ( 0120  4130989 )with broad band facility is installed at the undersigned’s  residence J-2 Lavanya Apartments, Plot C-58/9, Sector-62, Noida under 799.00 scheme with life time discount of Rs.200. We had been getting Bill of Rs. 706.00 ( Rs. 599.00 +GST) and paying accordingly. But in the month of April’20 we received Bill of Rs. 889.64 ( increased value). Although we had paid the bill, you are requested to refund Rs. 183.00 the excess amount charged by you. In May also we had received bill of Rs.943.00 in place of Rs. 706.00  but we have paid Rs.706.00 only. You are requested to stop charging excess amount  and stick to the plan offered/committed  by you to undersigned.
