Vodafone had a raised a bill of 9905 which I paid through cheque. After the cheque getting cleared from my bank account I still get a message saying cheque bounced and they disconnect my phone. To activate my phone connection I made an online payment . Now the earlier amount paid by me has been cleared through cheque but Vodafone claims it did not receive but the amount has been deducted from my account. They are not even giving me details to reverse the same from my bank . Second they promised that amount will be refunded , but till date they have been delaying and not responding. They claim that the cheque is ready and is in their Ahmedabad office and because of lockdown they can’t Sent . They have have been cheating me and I need to sort this. Please help
