On Dec 03, I took Ola auto. On completion of trip the driver did not receive ola money of Rs.153 and hence I had to pay by cash. Later the money has also been deducted from my wallet. I raised the issue to ola support on the same day and have been following up with them.
Two things I needed to complain about.
1. Non resolution of the complainant
2. OLA has been harassing me with daily with atleast 7 calls asking for payment..
I woul like to get the payment refunded and complain about harassment
