Iam Mettu Ramanujaiah age 66 yrs and my daughter Srilata 38 yrs along with a small child travelled from Kacheguda to Chittoor and back as per tickets. i booked confirmed tickets both ways.
But reasons unknown to me The First class coach were cancelled on both ways and perforce allotted second ac side berths to us.
it was extremely difficult journeys both ways. the toilets were not cleaned and door stoppers also not functional.
if, prior information given about this we would have travelled by road or by air.
it is requested to refund the difference of the ticket.
