Dear Sir,
My name is Bhavesh kumar Shah.
I was using fastag issued by Paytm.
The fastag got damaged. Application for duplicate fastag was made, which was declined by paytm.
I made request on 18th Dec. 19. to refund back deposit and balance amount.
Thereafter many reminders ang phone calls made to call centre.
Till date money is not refunded.
