Hi Team,

Myself Ajo Joseph peter, i have bought Paytm fastag and got the delivery on 27th December19. I was trying to activate the same from Jan 1st onwards and trying to get the support from the customer care team. I have send the RC and tag copy through paytm app and started calling the customer care from  8th of Jan onwards. Sadly i havent got the support from them and they are used to give wrong commitments every time, i have waited nearly 20 minutes to get a senior person to escalate this and he has told me his name wrongly and given me the falls commitment, when i called next time and asked about the senior person (to whom i have escalated my issue)the cus.ex told me that no one is there in that name. today 31.01.2020 one month is getting complete and still my complaint is not resolved. If you are not able to resolve my issue please refund my payment.  Kindly consider my complain as im really frustrated with your customer care agents support. Attaching my RC and tag copy with this for your reference.
