I was using vodafone idea post paid connection and in May2020 i have converted my mobile connection from postpaid to prepaid and vodafone idea has converted my mobile connection to prepaid. At the time converting to prepaid vodafone team told me that i will receive deposit amount within 1 month. I thought i will get the amount but when i checked this in December’2021 i found that deposit amount not refunded to me. In January’2022 i have given complaint to customer care through mail they confirmed me that cheque will be sent shortly. But for some reasons they are delaying not refunding my deposit amount.
