PNR: 2838360644 AND 2738361149 (REFUND PENDING.
Both above tickets has been cancelled but OTP not received at the customer’s mobile instead of trying a lot of time. Hence refund amount not received for both tickets. Mobile Number of customer is 9810083263 which is a postpaid connection and no DND is there.
Customer is demanding money and I am not getting refund.
Passengers names are NEENA and VEENA BABBAR
NDLS TO AMRITSAR AND BACK FROM AMRITSAR TO NDLS
Kindly help me to get refund as soon as possible.
