Fully paid Rs 5570.00 for 1 mattress on paytm mall on 18th oct, hoping to get it in 3 to 4 days, didn’t received in 10 days. on 28th october contacted the seller COIRFIT and courier SAFE EXPRESS they informed me that it can take more 1 to 2 week so went for cancellation which PAYTMALL accepted as max time limit was 10 days. Instructed me not to take delivery if courier attempts to as order is cancelled. Full money will be refunded in my account within 24 hours. After 3 days got a call from courier that parcel had arrived but fallowing the instruction of paytm mall i informed them that i had cancelled order and can not take delivery. Daily it shows me status of cancelled order as ”WAITING FOR COURIER CONFIRMATION”. Sir if these PAYTM MALL is honest it takes only 1 min to call courier and know status of order. There is no option of talking with customer care only message, so i messaged them 100 times but no responce. Paid and didn’t got anything for 20 days i am Feeling bad that today on 8th nov i hadn’t received my refund feeling cheated and stuck. I am 58 years old and without mattress felling bodypain Please help me.
