It has been over a year now, Paytm is not refunding amount for jet airways cancelled tickets. I am following up for a year but they are ready with their dialogue your refund is under process. Paytm is not taking any initiative for refunding money to their customers. It is matter of 20000 rupees. Paytm is not bothered at all.
My flight was on 13th May 2019, Mumbai to kolkata
