am writing to file a complaint against Abhishek Tours and Logistics regarding a refund issue.
I had booked a ticket with the company worth ₹3050, which I later canceled due to a change in my travel plans. The company provided me with a voucher of the same amount, valid until 26-Dec-24. However, the company has since ceased its bus operations, rendering the voucher unusable.
I have also attempted to book tickets for the same route I had initially canceled, but the buses are non-operative, and booking is not allowed in the route of Vinukonda to Bangalore and Bangalore to vinukonda. Despite my attempts to contact the company for a refund, I have not received any satisfactory response. Below are the details of my booking:

Voucher Amount: ₹3050
Voucher Expiry Date: 26-Dec-24
I request the Consumer Court to intervene and help me obtain a refund for the voucher amount. I have attached all relevant documents, including the booking confirmation and the voucher, for your reference.
