I booked ticket for 9 passenger on Paytm, but by mistake i booked for different dates so I tried to cancel to tickets. Aireline confirmed that it will be 100% refund since cancellation request is made on the same day.
Paytm cancelled for the 4 passengers and didn’t cancel for rest 5 neither update me for the same, Next i called to get update they told your 5 members tickets haven’t cancelled yet. I again placed the request of cancellation and I was assured for 100% refund since it was a special case
Paytm didn’t cancel tickets for those 5 members till 26th Feb,2020 for the travel date of 27Feb2020 and on complaining refund some 300 rupees of 14k tickets on saying Airline didn’t give refund, When I checked with Airline they confirmed ticket cancellation request was never came from Paytm for those 5 passengers.
I have filed complain many times, written mail and submitted all the proofs on their care emailaddress. Now since its almost 3 weeks and Paytm is not ready to update anything on this. Paytm representative is not ready to transfer call to seniors and even not helping in rasing grievance. Everytime they are telling different story.
