Image Uploaded by Jennifer Pashel:Hello, I have booked the flight ticket for my brother for 22nd March 2020 on Via.com website. But 22nd March was declared as National Lockdown and all flights got cancelled. I have talked to Indigo Customer Care and they have said that refund has been initiated from their side and now Via.com has to refund it to me. Since April I have been calling the customer care of Via.com and send an email too…but their number is always busy or not reachable. I want to know the status of the refund from Via.com.
